Remove timegates on the Captain’s Pass

I feel very frustrated when I see a cosmetic I really want locked behind a wall that makes me wait. I’m guessing the goal is to keep players over time and spread out the loot, but it actually does the opposite for me. It already takes a decent chunk of time to fully complete the pass now because of the xp changes (which I actually ended up liking.) but I finished the first phase in like a week, so now I really don’t have much to do or grind for, so I don’t really play as much. I feel like just following the norm for Battle Passes and just letting players grind and play as much as they want is the play here.

This also introduces a really sucky situation where when the next timegate opens, I already have enough to instantly complete it, so now I have to wait extra long for the last phase in the pass, so it just feels super jank.
