Give us a Counter to Missile Meta
It is very hard to play against Missile Meta because they have timing (they call when/where to run on comms) and suddenly the player that you are marking boosts to a random location and starts to teleport to the ball that's even farther, making it near to IMPOSSIBLE for the defense to dispute, even when you are able to boost and follow them, the animation of a header cancels and they get the shot usually making a goal.
There are entire teams that play based on that, they literally STOP on their 'markers' in the field and shoot the ball on predetermined positions so people start teleporting/sliding to the ball and repeat the same play over and over until the defense makes a mistake/a bug and they get a goal. That's not even close to soccer and should be more defensible.
I know that there is a roadmap and in October we'll get something related to this 'cancels' in animations because of the server-side validation but we need something sooner to defend against this type of plays, losing even when you read the opponent and get in front of them to deflect/intercept is not fair, how many games and players will be lost before October to this frustration?
