AFK Teammates/Quitters in Ranked Matchmaking should not affect your rank

It is very frustrating to score a loss at the end of a match when the game was a 4v5 from the start. AFK teammates getting kicked and penalized is good but why should I still have to play the game and have the loss affect my rank? Ideally there should be a system that stops the match early when there is an AFK and rank points shouldn't get affected.
