New Game Mode Proposal for Rematch: “Chaos Kickoff / Wild Match”

Hello Rematch Team

I would like to suggest a new arcade-style game mode for Rematch, inspired by the card/power-up selection systems seen in modes like League of Legends Arena and ARAM-style events, combined with arcade football power-up mechanics.

Rematch is unique because each player controls only one character on the pitch. This makes teamwork, positioning, decision-making, and individual responsibility very important. Because of this, I believe a chaotic and replayable card-based mode would fit the game very well.

The match could last 10 or 15 minutes. After every goal, before kickoff starts, both teams are shown 3 different cards. Players vote for one card within 10 seconds, and the card with the most votes becomes active for that kickoff phase. If there is a tie, the game randomly selects one of the tied cards.

After each goal, the previous card effects are removed and a new card selection phase begins. This would make every kickoff feel different and create new strategies throughout the match. If no goal is scored within 3 minutes, the match can pause after the goalkeeper controls the ball, then a new card selection begins.

Example cards could include:
Golden Scorer: A random player’s next goal counts as 2 goals.
Turbo Start: The team gains sprint speed for 20 seconds after kickoff.
Exhaust the Opponent: The enemy team’s stamina drains faster for 30 seconds.
Super Shot: The team’s next shot becomes stronger and faster.
Curved Shot: The next shot gains extra curve.
Steel Defense: Tackling and ball-winning become stronger for a short time.
Giant Gloves: The goalkeeper is less likely to spill the next save.
All or Nothing: Your next goal counts as 2, but if the opponent scores first, their goal also counts as 2.

Cards should be balanced based on the score, so a team that is already far ahead does not constantly receive powerful scoring cards.
