Make ball cam track the ball in the very centre of the screen

currently ball cam tracks within a "zone" and will stop tracking as soon as it enters it. This leaves a large portion of the screen not being able to see the action. if the ball was tracked in the very centre then you can always see what is happening around the ball which would be more useful.
