Reimbursment/Compensation for ruined matches

Many competitive games are lost because of players scoring two own goals at 1-1, or because of players leaving at 0-1, after 1 minute. Some of these games are obviously ruined by these players. The difference in the lost RP is sometimes 0 compared to normal lost games. If a report is deemed "rightful", compensate the other players in the match who lost RP because of the "unlawful" player.
