2 types of players always ruins the team chemistry: The one who refuse to pass, and the one that only wants to play as a striker. The first person will go an entire match with 0 intentional passes, and will only try to dribble or shoot. The other will just stand at the halfway line and watch as the team struggles in defence.
Everyone can have a bad game, but when these become an intentional playing style they should be punished. Football is a team game, and with teammates like these the match essentially becomes a 4v5. I strongly believe they either crack down hard for the striker type players, because it is essentially being AFK for 50% potential plays
