Classic pitch game mode
Hello Rematch Team,
First of all, I want to say that I’ve been having a great time playing Rematch. The fast-paced gameplay, the skill-based mechanics, and the arcade football feeling are incredibly fun and refreshing.
I would like to suggest a new game mode that could coexist alongside the current arena format.
My idea would be a larger, more traditional football pitch without walls while keeping the exact same player controls, movement system, and gameplay philosophy that make Rematch unique.
This mode could feature:
* Larger teams (for example 7v7, 8v8, or even 9v9).
* Throw-ins when the ball leaves the field.
* Offside rules.
* Goal kicks and corner kicks.
* Free kicks for fouls.
* A goalkeeper area and six-yard box.
* More emphasis on positioning, teamwork, and tactical play.
The current arena mode is fantastic and should absolutely remain the core experience. However, a “Classic Pitch” mode could offer a completely different style of match while still feeling like Rematch.
I believe this would create some incredible moments, reward team coordination even more, and attract players looking for a football experience that sits somewhere between arcade and simulation.
Thank you for your hard work and for listening to community feedback. I genuinely believe a mode like this could become one of the most popular additions to the game.

FruitiedartI love this. I have friends who like FIFA/FC so this would genuinely invite those players back. They don’t like rematch because they’d prefer a more authentic experience which is fair, so this is perfect.
