No penalty/count lose for players who stays when a teamate leaves

I think there should not be a penalty when a player leaves the match when is on a team with less players than expected. If we are 3 vs 5: let me leave without penalty or if I stay, dont count the lose. I think its fair for those who respect the game and stays to try to get the win. Of course, the ones who leaves still gets the penalty.
