Extra Effort Single Press Bind

When using custom keybinds, I've realized that for some reason you are locked to having Extra Effort as a double press rather than one button, as the Custom mapping preset option influences how your Extra Effort is activated:
I think that the easiest way to fix this is to separate the Controller/Keyboard Mapping Preset into two different options, these being 'Controls type' which allows either Default or Custom, and then also an option below it called 'Extra Effort Preset' that allows for either 'Single Press activation' or 'Double press activation'
And it almost goes without saying but changing one of the custom binds while default iis selected will automatically change your option to custom, while keeping the extra effort option the same.

As for keyboard, Keyboard Mapping Presets should remain the same with the original four options (as none need to be removed) however they should also get access to the "Extra Effort preset" which would allow you to either double press Shift or a custom keybind as usual allow a different button to activate Extra Effort than the sprint button, making double pressing sprint do nothing.
