Implementation of a "Surrender" Vote System

In both casual and ranked matches, teams occasionally face overwhelming deficits or uncooperative teammates, leading to frustration, toxic behavior, or players going AFK while waiting for the timer to end.
Proposal: Enter the "Surrender" option in the menu. This feature could become available after a specific timestamp or goal deficit and would require a unanimous (or majority) vote from the team to instantly conclude the match.
Benefit: It improves community sentiment by allowing players to gracefully exit unwinnable matches and jump into the next game without unnecessary frustration.

-Justin-I feel like this is not really a useful feature considering a round is only 5 minutes and the game ends on 4-0 anyways
