AI Bot replace Players leaving Ranked

As a solo queue player you have a hard time trying to get a not-toxic team that plays along well, and there have been a lot of times where teammates left.

I think it would be fair to have a Bot that's not as good as a high elo player, but at least as good as a player who just finished the tutorial

Either smart = can take GK or attack
Or just GK = for fairness
