Nerfing minimap indicators. (Minimap Saving)
The minimap indicators can be abused by Goalkeepers to tell if a shot hits the backboard or in which direction it goes.
This promotes a playstyle where it is ideal to not look at the game but rather hyper focus on the minimap. (And thats very boring)
The recent nerfs to GKs forward dive in my opinion have exacerbated this by directly nerfing "pushy" goalkeeping making Linekeeping way more favoured in the current meta.
Unlike with the classic animation keeping, minimap saving however cannot be countered by backboarding and faking the keeper out (unless they panic).
On top of this keepers will also always know the right side as even things like camera shots (a whole different can of worms imo) cannot fake this out.
The fix to this would be delaying or removing ball impact markers from the minimap.

Sometimes playing in dark colored stages with teams wearing dark colors is quite hard to stay aware of players.
It happens when the colors of the stage match the colors of the team, it can be any color.
Maybe giving the Minimap an opacity slider or some kind of shadow/stroke to icons in the Minimap could help. -
