Add a player stat progression / build system (like Pro Clubs) to give the game more depth
I’ve been playing a lot recently and I feel like one thing that could massively improve the game long-term is a player progression mode where you build your own character.
Basically something similar to Pro Clubs / FIFA Volta:
You level up your player over time
Earn stat points
Put them into things like speed, stamina, shooting power, passing, etc.
So instead of everyone feeling the same, you actually get different playstyles in a team.
I think that alone would make matches way more interesting because teams would actually have roles instead of just 1:1 clones.
Also gives the game a lot more progression. Right now you play just to win, but with this you’re also building your player over time. Would be cool if you could even save multiple builds depending on how you want to play.
Obviously it would need proper balancing (caps, trade-offs etc.) so there’s no broken meta build. But if done right, this could:
add more depth
increase replay value
make people stick to the game longer
Curious what you guys think — would you want something like this or would it ruin the current gameplay? What if its a special gamemode?

Haris / KMeha MergedHi, we really need to identify to our players, like in a real football match, there is always someone taller, faster, better at dribble, etc. And we really need this, because the fact that everyone is running at the same pace, we need a class/specialty we chose and that everyone can see so we can adapt and change way we play, merci pour les travaux ça ajouterait bcp de rejouabilité je pense. Merci.
