Show teammate level, rank, and playstyle badges before entering the stadium
I would like to suggest an improvement for the pre-match team introduction phase.
After matchmaking is completed and players connect, but before entering the stadium, it would be very useful to show more information about the teammates on my team.
For example, next to each player’s name, you could display their Level, and above their name, their current rank emblem in the game, such as an Elite badge. This would make the pre-match presentation feel more informative and polished.
More importantly, it would be extremely helpful to show a small role or playstyle icon for each player based on their actual in-game statistics. For example, if a player has spent most of their time as a goalkeeper and has a high number of saves, they could have a small glove icon. If they score a lot of goals, they could have a striker icon. If they make many assists, they could have an assist/playmaker icon. If they are strong at stopping opponents or making defensive actions, they could have a defender icon.
This would help players quickly understand what kind of teammates they have been matched with and adapt their own playstyle accordingly before the match begins. It would improve team awareness, coordination, and overall match preparation.

when you que ranked or quick match you should be able to see what your teammates current ranks are and same and also be able to see the opposite teams rank just like rainbow six siege. -

dotdotokI've written a similar comment under another suggestion, wrt things that promote/imply "roles", "positions", or "specializations" (or specific "play styles" to use your term). To me, they feel a bit against the spirit of the game, where one has the tools to be (and I think is *encouraged* to be) a total and 'fluid' generalist. If the game was meant to have more of the rigidity of IRL football, there would have been strict positions on the field (and probably offsides to boot).
I think one might be robbing themselves and their team of good opportunities if they think "My/X's job is defender/striker/goalie this game", it silently discourages a whole bunch of rotations that may be available to you!
As far as the level and rankings go though, that certainly sounds like a decent addition to me :D -
