Add a short cooldown before gk gloves get transferred
Add a 3-5 second cooldown before a different player can have gk gloves.
I saw many posts about gk being "the final boss" of the game. Well, it feels very unfair to beat the boss and have a second one show up right after.
There are many cheesy strats where gk is allowed to make mistakes and gets bailed out thanks to how fast the gloves get transferred.
1 Gk stands at the edge of the box to make his body bigger and not let you shoot. If you try to punish that and lob above him, he runs outside the box, and the gloves get transferred to a defender waiting on the goal line.
2 If the ball ends up in the corner, gks always challenge it and try to grab possession. Even if they fail, you can't punish them because their teammate who was trailing back is now in the box and instantly gets the gloves.
3 While dribbling both the gk and a defender, if the gk makes a mistake and dives prematurely, it's faster for him to Extra Effort out of the box and give the gloves to his teammate rather than getting back in position. This is even worse because of how long the shooting animations are in this game.

This creates a problem for kickoff when GK spawns outfield and tries to run back to their box. Observant players will abuse that and snipe the goal. You can say “then don’t swap GKs unless you have possession. But most GKs can’t play outfield. This creates an RNG scenario where one team is at a disadvantage until they regain possession because they simply got a bad spawn
