Add a penalty for own goals

There are players who, instead of rage-quitting or just playing the game as usual, go and start scoring own goals so the whole team loses

If a teammate scores an own goal, the game should start a vote. This way, you can get rid of a toxic teammate who intentionally manipulates the game.
