After each match you play you can be able to share "respect point" with a teamate ypu played with. (Like in game Raimbow Six)
For example: if your teamate was giving a giod passes or was good with defending and helped your team a lot, you can give him a respect.
Having respect may cause other players to rely on you in matches much more. And as you have high respect you mag get better rewards.

After each match you play, you can share "respect point: with a teamate you played in the match (inspired from Raimbow Six and others).
For example: if your teammate was giving a good passed or was good with defending and helped your team a lot, you can give him a respect point, which will be showed on his profile and in the leader board (as you hold TAB).
Having respect may cause other players to rely on you in matches much more. And as you have high respect you mag get better rewards.
