Roles weather maps
It would be very nice to have a little boost based on your role that u wanna play, striker? Faster stamina regen, midfielder little boost on ping pong passes, defender, slightly bigger hitbox in defensive stance etc
It would help to proritize our,,mission" on the field, give us more options to shoot etc. Weather on map would be so great, its sunny we play tiki taka when theres a snow on field its hard to do ground passes so missiles are much better option. And maybe some maps designs, wider, longer etc
For me personally, boost based on your role would be great, and weather aswell idk about map

brooo there's literally a roof over the field aint no weather gonna touch it
also one of the main selling points of the game is that its skill based and theres no stats
